JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate the various phases of an engagement assignment.
• Study and evaluate the internal controls systems of an organization.
• Evaluate working papers to determine that the audit or engagement was performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
• Review with Supervisors, Managers and Partners any significant audit or consulting findings, financial statements presentation or other matters within the purview of an accounting or auditing assignment.
• Prepare or review financial statements, notes, schedules, management letters, income tax returns, reports, programs, systems, policies and procedures for discussion with the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum grade of second-class, upper division from a reputable University.
• Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in an Audit/Tax/Consulting firm.
• Ability to effectively present information, listen and respond to questions from clients and team members.
• Familiar with various IT tools and Accounting Software
• Must be trustworthy and appreciate the importance of keeping information confidential.
• Strong analytical skill and knowledge of internal processes and controls.
